All coaching packages include virtual sessions, unless you are in my area for us to meet in person and prefer that instead. Discounts will be issued for one of two reasons: 1. If the contract is signed at the end of our consultation together. 2. You decide to pay up front in FULL.

This coaching package is for those of you who want to take your transformation to the next level to become your absolute best self.

VIP Coaching offers a personalized approach, tailored specifically to your unique needs and aspirations. Whether you seek to enhance your career, improve your relationships, heal from trauma, or cultivate greater health and well-being, VIP Coaching provides the tools, support, and accountability necessary for profound transformation. This exclusive coaching experience is designed for individuals ready to elevate their lives, break through barriers, and achieve their highest potential.

VIP Coaching Includes:

-Private 1:1 Coaching

-Unlimited access to me via email, text, AND call

(Includes weekends and extended business hours 8 am- 6pm)

-Ability to book 2 sessions OR one 90 minute session per week

-Custom meditation and affirmation audio/video made for your specific needs

-Tailored length of time you want to dedicate toward your transformation.

Doula Services

The value I will provide as a Doula

Conscious Rebirth provides doula services including emotional, physical, and informational support to pregnant women and their partners in Eastern North Carolina. The meaning behind Conscious Rebirth is simply, making it a goal to transition into a stronger, more empowered woman by gaining confidence and security through your pregnancy and birth. I will show you the importance of being mindful and staying present and connected to your baby, to get the best possible experience that you deserve. You will have a best friend, someone to listen to you, and an advocate who will help you speak up for what you want in your birth plan.

The Role of a Doula

Advocate for your birth

You will discuss with your doula about what you would like to include or exclude in your birth plan. When it comes time for labor and birth, (as an example) your doula will speak up for you when intervention from medical personnel may happen without consent, or encourage you to speak for yourself.

Reduce your anxiety

Medicated or natural, having a doula to show you coping mechanisms to relax your mind and body will help decrease stress and anxiety, which will benefit you and your baby. A doula can also help you heal from previous birth trauma and help you prepare for a more calm future birth experience.

Decrease chances of medical intervention

If a pregnant woman is considered low risk, and she nourishes her body and baby properly, labor and birth will happen when the baby is ready. Medical intervention happens when the unknown concerns people. A woman will be able to follow her intuition and connection with the baby to truly know if things are safe.

Help speed up labor

If you plan to have a natural birth, your mind and body will not be affected by synthetic hormones. This means, your natural hormonal process to guide your labor will happen the way it was meant to, and if done correctly, your labor has a chance to progress faster.

Complete Birth Doula Package

-Complimentary in-person consultation to determine if we are a good match and to personalize when to schedule each appointment. I will tailor to each individual's needs.

-1st Prenatal: Write out your birth plan, and discuss the expectations of me as your doula

-2nd Prenatal: Practice labor positions, find comfort measures that work for you, learn breathing and relaxation techniques

-3rd Prenatal: Visit by 32 weeks to discuss wishes for birth, fears/ concerns, and expectations.

-Unlimited phone/text support from contract signing to week 2 of postpartum

-24/7 on-call support starting 2 weeks before your estimated due date, until baby is born

-1 Postpartum follow-up appointment

-$1,200

Virtual Birth Doula

I will offer the same services as the complete doula package without any in-person assistance. All appointments and coaching will be through phone calls, texts, emails, and zoom calls. If you feel as though physical support from a doula will not be necessary for you, I will educate your partner to learn how to play the role. :)

-3 Prenatal appointments (see complete doula package for description of each appointment)

-Unlimited phone/text support from contract signing to week 2 of postpartum

-24/7 on-call support starting 2 weeks before your estimated due date, until baby is born

-1 Postpartum follow-up appointment

Payment plan will be discussed over the phone and a contract will be emailed to you.

A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee of $200 is due at contract signing to secure services around your due date.

Once a contract is signed, at any time should you decide you no longer want to receive my services, the retainer fee will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

If additional appointments are needed or you would like for me to attend any childbirth education/birthing classes with you, I would be more than happy to accommodate. Each added appointment will be $80/ hour

Active-Duty Military and First Responders

I will offer a 15% discount for first respsonders and active military families. Please provide proof of active service with an ID card.

Low-income Families or

Single Mothers

Everyone deserves support, but cannot always afford it. I am more than willing to offer a personalized discount on my services to families and single mothers in the low income tax bracket.

If it isn't too much to ask, I just need a simple proof of income such as a tax return, food stamps, or WIC card. Discounts will range from 10%-20%.
